Global Wealth Onchain Account for Brazil.
Rivool gives financial advisors in LatAm a way to offer clients dollar-denominated products with direct commissions, but building the shelf alone meant owning suitability, reporting, and smart contract risk forever. With the Pods Investment API, Rivool ships USD yield, tokenized equities, and ETFs from one integration. Advisors set their own fee per client, and Pods is a primary minter with Ondo Finance for tighter pricing and reliable redemption. Rivool went live in 7 days with a full shelf their advisors can stand behind.
Results
- 7 days From integration to live
- Yield + equities + ETFs One shelf, one integration
- Primary minter Direct mint and redemption via Ondo
Situation
Rivool is an onchain investment platform that gives investors access to onchain strategies, and gives financial advisors and distributors a way to offer those products to their clients with direct commissions. The model works because it solves the real bottleneck in LatAm: demand for USD-denominated products is structural, but distribution is scarce. Rivool has the distribution (advisors, channels, and client relationships built on trust); what they needed was a product shelf those advisors could stand behind.
Challenge
- Suitability: an advisor has to explain where the return comes from to a client who has never held a stablecoin.
- A shelf, not a product: yield alone isn't an allocation, and advisors need to build portfolios.
- Their own economics: the advisor owns the client relationship, so they need to set their own management fee.
- Reporting: clients expect position history and performance, not a block explorer link.
- Risk ownership: every protocol integrated in-house is a contract to audit and monitor.
How Pods helped
- USD yield strategies: Overcollateralized lending, curated vaults, fixed-term positions, and tokenized Treasury exposure, each with a defined risk profile.
- Equities and ETFs: Tokenized stocks and funds through Ondo Finance, where Pods is a primary minter, minting and redeeming directly at source instead of through secondary markets, for tighter pricing and redemption advisors can count on.
- Advisor-set fees: Management fee defined by the advisor, per client, adjustable anytime.
- Position and performance data: Per-client positions, historical and PnL data, ready for client-facing screens.
- No new smart contract risk: Bytecode-level integrations, independently simulatable, policy-enforced execution.
- Risk assessment and monitoring included: Curation and ongoing monitoring come with the API, not as a separate workstream.
- 24/7 support: For Rivool's team and, through them, their advisors.
Result
Rivool went live in 7 days, and their advisors now have a full shelf: dollar yield, equities, and ETFs from one integration, under one set of reporting. Advisors compete on terms, not just returns, setting their own fee per client. Clients see a portfolio with position history that reads like a statement, and Rivool's team spends its time on distribution and product, not protocol integrations, with no additional smart contract risk added to their stack.
